The hoisting of our First Green Flag for Litter and Waste took place on Friday June 16th. Christina O'Riordan a community member hoisted the flag. Miss Shekan our green school co-ordinator explained the process involved. Children from the Green School Committee explained their roles and the benefit to the school. All pupils then sang clean up the Earth. After the ceremony there were light refreshments for pupils, parents and members of the local community.
