World Down Syndrome Day, 21st March, the children were invited to visit Meitheal 21, Thurles, to learn more about Down Syndrome and Lámh, the Irish sign language system. The children had a great day and were inspired by the wonderful work done in Meitheal 21. The children also wore odd socks, which represent difference in chromosomes, to celebrate Down Syndrome Day.
