We celebrated the HB funday on Friday June 8th. we all enjoyed our ice-creams in the sun. Every one wore odd socks and even odd shoes to celebrate awareness of Down Syndrome.

Mark McCabe from Skip N' Rope visited our school on Thursday May 31st. He held a skipping workshop with each of the classrooms teaching different types of skipping. After Lunch a skipping demonstration was on show displaying all the talented skippers in Hollyford NS.

Hollyford NS went on their school tour to the Mardyke Arena Cork. We trained by train from Limerick Junction and then by bus to the Mardyke. The children experienced a wide range of activities from American tag rugby, nitro ball, climbing wall, swimming and golf. The day was very enjoyable and every one had a great day in the glorious sunshine.
